The Scale of IP was upgraded to that of previous ASP's
hence the scale of IP is 6500-200-10500
The starting pay of the IP in the revised scale should be like this
Pay band - 8700
Grade PaY- 4200
Fixation in da revised scale
11310 + 4200 = 15510
DA @ 23% = 3567
HRA min = 1551

Increment would be 2.5% of 15510 = 387/-
